Local Facilitator

We're seeking a dynamic Local Facilitator to support our "She Is Mouqawila" program. Your role involves facilitating program activities, building vital community relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for participants and partners, and ensuring smooth logistics. Key responsibilities

Accompany participants in the educational and logistical aspects of the She Is Mouqawila program throughout its duration.

Conduct outreach and community meetings for involvement, build and maintain relationships with local communities and stakeholders.

Assist participants during in-person and online program-related activities.

Ensure detailed reporting of the various activities carried out.

Oversee the logistical aspects, including scheduling, transportation, and resource allocation, to ensure that the program operates efficiently and effectively.

Work closely with the Community Manager to develop and execute outreach strategies that engage participants and alumni, and encourage them to share their experiences and stories

Gather community feedback for program enhancement and collect data during activities to assess impact.

Prepare regular reports on program performance and share challenges and success stories with the central team.

Foster a positive and encouraging environment among participants of the program while facilitating communication among participants.

Collaborate with partner organizations and local authorities to ensure a seamless implementation of the She Is Mouqawila program.

Profile

Facilitation Expertise: Proficient in leading and facilitating meetings and workshops.

Local Expertise: Possesses deep knowledge of local challenges and resources specific to the Essaouira region.

Communication Proficiency: Fluency in English, French and Arabic (written and oral), with a capacity to navigate and translate between these languages

Community Relationship Cultivation: Adept at building and nurturing positive relationships within the community.

Effective communicator with demonstrated experience in project management, and aptitude for working alongside a fast-paced team.

Inclusive Collaboration: Skilled in fostering collaboration and productivity within diverse groups.

Team-spirited and autonomous hard-worker with a high capacity for solving complex issues

Solutions-Oriented Approach: Displays a strong ability to identify and resolve community challenges effectively.

Creative and innovative problem-solver with experience in youth professional insertion and implementation of soft skills programs

Sincere dedication to Community Development: Demonstrates an unwavering commitment to the advancement of the community.
