Notre mission
Douar Tech est une organisation marocaine qui contribue à promouvoir l'indépendance économique des jeunes, notamment des femmes, issus de milieux précaires du monde rural à travers des formations en entrepreneuriat innovant, et en technologies web.

Nos étudiants auront accès à de multiples sources d’enseignement et utiliseront des outils d’évaluation et de diagnostic pour orienter le rythme et le format de leur apprentissage.
Modèles d'apprentissage mixtes
Nous combinons les enseignements en présentiel dans des ateliers, des séances de mentorat par des professionnels et des activités d’apprentissage en ligne destinées à la population cible et disposant des connaissances de base, voire inexistantes, en matière de numérique.

Hanae Bezad
FONDATRICE & DIRECTRICE GÉNÉRALE
Hanae dirige les travaux de l’organisation panafricaine Smart Africa pour les Startups et les Ecosystèmes d’innovation, de sorte d’accompagner les pays membres à créer des conditions favorables pour soutenir la dynamique des startups sur le continent.
Hanae est également fondatrice de Douar Tech, une organisation à but non lucratif qui contribue à promouvoir l’indépendance économique des jeunes, en particulier des femmes, issus de milieux précaires dans les zones rurales. Ses domaines d’intérêt et d’expertise sont à l’intersection de la technologie, de l’inclusion, de l’entrepreneuriat et du développement international.
Avant de lancer Douar Tech, Hanae était fondatrice et PDG du hub Le Wagon au Maroc, un campus faisant partie du réseau mondial d’écoles de codage et de centres technologiques Le Wagon et premier en Afrique.
Avant de fonder Le Wagon à Casablanca et l’initiative sociale Douar Tech, Hanae a travaillé en tant que consultante en stratégie digitale chez Eleven à Paris, participant à la mise en place d’un des premiers startups parisiens. Elle a également fait partie du conseil d’administration de Led By HER, un incubateur social qui aide les femmes entrepreneures victimes de violence.
Hanae est membre de la taskforce d’i4policy, mouvement de hubs devenu The Innovation for Policy Foundation, membre du conseil d’administration de la Emerging Business Factory Foundation, membre du Responsible Leadership Network de la BMW Foundation, membre du réseau Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders et résidente du think tank House of Beautiful Business. Hanae est titulaire d’un Bachelor en Sciences et Sciences Sociales de SciencesPo Paris, d’un Bachelor en Sciences et Technologies de l’Université Pierre et Marie Curie, d’un Bachelor of Law de Panthéon Paris Sorbonne, d’un Master en Management de HEC Paris et d’un Master en Administration Publique de SciencesPo Paris.

Said Abu Sheleih
DIRECTEUR STRATÉGIQUE
Chercheur Consultant et Coach d’équipes, titulaire d’un Doctorat en Médecine de la Faculté de Médecine de Rabat (1993), du MBA de L’ENPC Paris obtenu à l’EHTP Casablanca (2001) et du certificat de coach professionnel en entreprise (Transformance Pro, Paris, 2012) A contribué au cours de sa vie professionnelle à plusieurs projets de développement d’entreprises et de transformation stratégique. Conscient de l’apport des sciences cognitives et sociales dans la création de l’intelligence d’entreprise et de l’intelligence collective, il est attentif aux évolutions des Interfaces homme-machine, et à l’étude et l’analyse des fondements émotionnels des comportements humains comme catalyseurs et piliers des dynamiques d’adaptation et de transformation d’entreprise.

Ghita Benessahraoui
DIRECTEUR STRATÉGIQUE
Ghita Benessahraoui is a passionate international development professional and consultant, specializing in the research, analysis, and implementation of development policies and projects. With more than 15 years of experience in the management, implementation and evaluation of development projects financed by international donors and partners, she has proven experience in various development sectors, including sustainable energy development, human rights and civil society, poverty alleviation, private sector development, governance, and policy reforms. Founder, manager and consultant at a Rabat-based international development consulting entity, People In Action, since 2014, she has been consulted to tackle diverse areas of the wide sustainable development field, from research and evaluation missions to high-level government institutional capacity building missions. Fields and areas of intervention have included: entrepreneurship for sustainable economic development (research and initial operational phases of the set up of the auto- entrepreneur status and regime in Morocco), private sector development and improvement of the business environment, civil society and human rights analysis, renewable energy options for poverty alleviation, the support of socio-economic and political reforms in Morocco, to only cite these. Prior to that, she had worked as a dedicated professional within international organizations in Morocco, and abroad, including the GIZ (in Rabat), the UN HQ (in New York City) and the Global Sustainable Electricity partnership -former e8- (in Montreal). Ghita has been actively engaged in various initiatives, both as a professional and volunteer, to promote inclusive models of development in Morocco and abroad.

Safaa Lorabi
AVOCATE-CONSEIL
Safaa is the founder and the managing partner of IBFL Consulting. She is both a Moroccan and a French national. Prior to founding IBFL Consulting, Safaa spent several years working at top-tier international business law firms in Paris, France, and Casablanca, Morocco, as a full-fledged member of high level teams on a sheer range of legal and taxation issues, in such diverse sectors as infrastructures, renewable energies, aeronautics, biotechnologies, the banking industry, the insurance industry, the petrochemical industry, the pharmaceutical sector and the media industry. Safaa has been used to dealing with legal systems and regulatory frameworks as different as those implemented in France, Morocco, at the European Union level or the level of the Organization for the Harmonization of Corporate Law in Africa (OHADA) for more than nine years. She is admitted to the bar of Paris, France. She is also a graduate from Columbia Business School, HEC Paris and Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (amongst others). Safaa was awarded various academic honors and distinctions, namely the Allen & Overy LLP – HEC Paris Awards for the Best Master Thesis in Corporate and Tax Law (Third Prize). She is fluent in French, English and Moroccan Arabic. She also has a good command of Spanish and Classical Arabic.

Fay Cowper
COORDINATRICE NATIONALE
Fay has a passion for innovative design and information management that has propelled the growth of Douar Tech programs and the skill development of its students. Previously, she served with the US Peace Corps in a rural village in the south of Morocco facilitating grassroots technology & entrepreneurship initiatives. Fay has collaborated with organizations across Morocco on entrepreneurship workshops and technology education initiatives. Prior to Morocco, she worked in Washington DC with the US Department of State managing logistics for the Bureau of Diplomatic Security and the Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs. Fay has a B.A. in Conflict Analysis & Resolution from George Mason University, where she began her love for work with social enterprises as a student consultant for 180 Degrees Consulting.

Mohamed Merrouch
Consultant d'engagement
Mohamed is aiming to combine his passion for the digital world with his goal of leaving a positive impact through community involvement. While pursuing a bachelor in computer science at Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane, he always invested his time to sharpen his leadership and soft skills through leading clubs, managing colleagues at his previous part time job of Resident Assistant, taking part in community involvement initiatives, and leading the student government association at Al Akhawayn for a full mandate. At the technical level, Mohamed’s curiosity pushed him to have a broad idea about different sub-fields of computer science. He will be specializing in AI domain during his senior year. Mohamed works efficiently and passionately when he is part of a team or environment that is working for a noble cause and is striving to give back to the community. Joining Douar Tech was the perfect match for him.
